Changed your details recently?
Make sure we have your current contact number and address, so you get all the info you need
Switch on app 'auto updates'
Getting the app will be easier, this usually sits in your 'settings' menu, devices vary
Have your customer number handy
This will help speed things up, but don't worry if you don't have it as you can also use your personal details.
When you register for the new app, you'll be set up with telephone banking
You can make payments up to £30,000 directly from the app (subject to available balance)
Business customers will need their phone or internet banking details and customer number
