How Clydesdale private works

Banking services created for you

Our private banking service provides access to a named Private Manager to help you with your more complex financial needs as well as a dedicated Private Direct Telephone team to assist with your day to day banking needs.

Clydesdale private is available to people with individual annual earnings of at least £75,000, joint incomes of £100,000, or investable assets of £100,000. However, we’re happy to discuss your circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

A monthly fee of £25 for maintaining your Private Current Account or Current Account Tracker also secures the services of a dedicated Private Manager.

Your Private Manager will help you find solutions to your needs by being the gateway to a range of specialist or bespoke services, from current and savings accounts to mortgages, credit cards, asset finance and a wealth referral service.

All credit facilities are subject to status. Applicants must be aged 18 or over.

Private banking tariff & fees

There may be additional fees to pay, depending on the products you choose. This could include fees in relation to an unarranged overdraft.
