As you know, your Private Banking account will be rebranded to Virgin Money on 23 September 2021. Our Stores, digital services and other accounts have already been updated – now it’s time for our Private Banking services to move under the Virgin Money brand. You may have already noticed our new logo on things you receive from us, or perhaps you have visited one of our redesigned Stores?
We’ve rebranded your existing Terms and some have been rewritten to make them clearer but there are no changes to the way your Private Banking account works. You can see your account Terms below and a reminder of the benefits that come with your account(s). After the 23 September 2021 you’ll also then be able to find them on the Virgin Money website too.
All your account details remain the same and you will continue to receive one-to-one, personal service for your more complex financial needs from your Private Manager.
Our mobile banking app has also had a Virgin Money makeover. It’s packed with clever features and we’re working on some new ones too. If we haven't been in touch already, we’ll let you know when it’s time to download and switch to your new app.
There’s nothing you need to do, we’re taking care of all the details.
After the rebrand, you will continue to enjoy these benefits.
When you spend in foreign currencies, whether abroad, or from here – there won’t be any fees. This is already available with your current account debit card, and you’ll also have it with your new Virgin Money card when it arrives.
Worldwide Family Multi-Trip Travel Insurance (provided by American International Group UK Limited (AIG)):
You'll find all the important information in our Insurance Policy Information Document. Full details, including our updated contact numbers and email address can be found in your Insurance Policy Wording too. As well as these updates, some of your policy wording has been rewritten by our insurance partner to make it clearer for you but nothing changes the way your current insurance coverage works.
