The payment holiday scheme ended on 31 March 2021


Mortgages

  • If you would like to understand the options available to you when your coronavirus payment holiday comes to an end, our online service will help you do this.
  • Our mortgage payment holiday calculator will show you how your monthly payments could change after your payment holiday ends.
  • If you are worried about not being able to make your next payment or your finances in general, please contact us. We can discuss your account and explain what options are available to you.
  • You can call us on 0800 141 2301. We’re here 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Credit Cards

  • If you currently have a payment holiday, please ensure you make at least your minimum payment when it comes to an end. Your statement will show the amount you owe and the date it’s due.
  • We will write to you at least 4 weeks before your payment holiday is due to end
  • If you are worried about not being able to make your next payment or your finances in general, please contact us. We can discuss your account and explain what options are available to you.
  • You can call us on 0800 141 2261. We’re here 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Personal Loans

  • If you've already taken a payment holiday, please complete our online form before it ends. We will use the information you provide to make sure we're giving you enough support to manage your account.
  • If you're worried about your finances or are having payment difficulties, you can speak to someone by calling us on 0800 141 2261. We're here from 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday.

Overdrafts

  • We're no longer accepting applications for a £500 interest-free overdraft buffer, however you can still request an arranged overdraft if you don't currently have one.
  • If you're worried about your finances or are having payment difficulties, you can speak to someone by calling us on 0800 141 2261. We're here from 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm Saturday.
