This move will provide us with a national reach, great accounts, services and facilities available to all, packaged in a brand which is focused on great customer service and innovation.
Don’t worry. The best bits of Clydesdale Bank and Yorkshire Bank are not going away. In fact, we plan to make them even better with the kind of innovation that’s defined Virgin brands for decades. All the facilities and services customers have come to trust and depend upon will continue to be available.
You’ll see more of our Virgin Money makeover very soon. You may have seen some Clydesdale Bank and Yorkshire Bank branches have already been converted to Virgin Money Stores. If you have one of those accounts we will be in touch in the New Year to tell you more.
From spring 2021 onwards, where your existing Debit Card is due to expire, we will send you a new Virgin Money Debit Card. There’s no need to worry if your existing Debit card is not due to expire soon. You can continue to use it.
