Online Dispute Resolution

The Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR Platform) is designed to help customers resident in the European Union (EU) who have a complaint about goods or services bought online from traders established in the EU. The ODR platform ultimately re-directs your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) based in the UK.

From 31 December 2020, you won’t be able to use the ODR Platform to submit a complaint about us to the FOS. However, you can still get in touch with us or the FOS about a complaint.
