The Step Change Debt Charity website provides free debt advice and includes a Debt Remedy tool which shows the type of information you need to consider.
If you haven’t been in touch with us already, we may contact you to discuss your account and how we can help you. When we do, we’ll ask you security questions to make sure we’ve contacted the correct person.
We'll write to tell you about any arrears you have and provide information required by the Financial Conduct Authority which shows what the arrears on your account mean and where you can go to for help.
We'll also include the Arrears and Default information sheets and the Financial Difficulties insert.
