Missed a payment?

Supporting you at this difficult time

Are you struggling to maintain payments for your accounts? Have you had a change to your income leaving you with less to cover the essentials? We can help you.

Call us on 0800 141 2261 or speak to your local branch to discuss how we can help you.

As part of our discussion we may need to complete an assessment with you to help understand what you can afford to pay. It would be useful if you had information about your income and what you spend ready when you contact us.

The Step Change Debt Charity website provides free debt advice and includes a Debt Remedy tool which shows the type of information you need to consider.

What you can expect from us

If you haven’t been in touch with us already, we may contact you to discuss your account and how we can help you. When we do, we’ll ask you security questions to make sure we’ve contacted the correct person.

We'll write to tell you about any arrears you have and provide information required by the Financial Conduct Authority which shows what the arrears on your account mean and where you can go to for help.

We'll also include the Arrears and Default information sheets and the Financial Difficulties insert.
