Clydesdale Bank's Ayr Financial Solutions Centre (FSC) raised £1,000 for charity after hosting a special curling event for its agri-business clients at Ayr Ice Rink.
A total of £500 was raised on the day, which the bank will double and donate to its charity partner the British Heart Foundation.
Hosted by the FSC's agri-business specialists last Thursday (January 18), the event was attended by more than 50 guests, who enjoyed a short presentation on wealth management and lunch before battling it out on the ice.
Agri-business partner Anne Anderson, who organised the event, says: "We are delighted to be able to help raise funds for such a worthwhile cause while providing an entertaining networking event for our customers.
