Clydesdale Bank Strengthens St Albans Business Centre

Clydesdale Bank, one of the UK’s best performing business banks,* has recruited a new senior partner to its team in St Albans.

Roger Lewin, a former regional senior credit manager and local relationship manager with Barclays, brings more than three decades of personal and business experience to the bank’s Verulam Point Financial Solutions Centre (FSC).

The bank’s specialist business banking centre, which opened in 2005, now boasts a team of 24 partners and associates who provide a wide range of local services to businesses and Private Banking members including asset finance, invoice finance, treasury and international finance.

Commenting on his appointment, Roger said:

“Having spent the vast majority of my career working throughout the region, I am able to bring my experience of working with local businesses to an already knowledgeable team.

“Clydesdale Bank’s FSC proposition is unique in UK banking, and I look forward to introducing customers to our service and working with them to grow their businesses.

“I am very excited to be joining the St Albans FSC.  I know together we will exceed our customer’s expectations and help confirm Clydesdale Bank’s reputation as one of the UK’s best performing business banks”.

*Clydesdale Bank was recently voted the second ‘Best Performing Business Bank’ by the Forum of Private Business.
