Leading Scottish business figure Ken Lewandowski has joined Clydesdale Bank as chairman of its Glasgow Financial Solutions Centre (FSC).
Mr Lewandowski, who succeeds former chairman Billy Allan, will work closely with managing partner Alastair Christmas who took up his position with the Bank's largest FSC in March.
Mr Lewandowski was most recently chief executive of telecommunications infrastructure specialist Mono Global Limited. Throughout a career spanning 35 years in the technology and manufacturing sectors, Mr Lewandowski has also held a number of senior positions with businesses in Scotland, England and the USA.

Clydesdale Bank's appointment of local chairmen to its FSC network is unique in UK banking. The chairmen undertake a variety of roles from business development, to providing advice to clients and acting as business mentors to senior FSC staff.

The Glasgow FSC is the largest of Clydesdale Bank's 74 centres in the UK. A team of over 100 finance specialists provide a range of corporate, business and private banking services from the facility in the city's Waterloo Street. Its business banking teams work closely with companies across all sectors in the West of Scotland.
