Clydesdale Bank Unveils Upgraded Branch in Paisley

Clydesdale Bank has unveiled its newly upgraded branch in Paisley.

The improvements to the branch, which is based on Causeyside Street, are part of a £45 million investment programme by the Bank to upgrade facilities to meet changing customer needs. The programme includes a UK-wide programme of branch relocations and refits plus improved and new mobile and internet banking services.

The branch has undergone a complete redesign and now houses an open plan banking hall, a new reception pod, three counter positions, two open consultation positions and two private interview rooms.

Stephen Bremner, Branch Manager, said: “We are delighted with our newly formatted branch which underlines our commitment to Paisley. We will continue providing the great personal service our customers expect whilst offering an enjoyable place to do banking.”

Steve Fletcher, Director of Retail Banking, said: “While customers’ needs are changing and we are delivering new services to meet them, branches continue to be a really important part of how we serve our customers. This is a fantastic new format branch in Paisley and we’re looking forward to continuing to serve the local community from our modern new home.”

The Paisley branch is open from 9:15am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 9:15am to 1:15pm on Saturday.
