As part of the Switch Guarantee, we’ll handle it all for you and keep you updated along the way. The service is free to use and takes just 7 working days to complete.

As part of our Payment Transfer Service, we can help you transfer your direct debits and standing orders to your new account. You’ll need to transfer your balance and close your old account yourself. But don’t worry – your relationship manager will guide you through the whole process to make sure nothing important gets missed.
