Buying a home is one of the most important purchases of your life, so getting the right mortgage for your budget and circumstances is crucial. At Clydesdale Bank we have developed a range of products that we hope will help you find the right repayment option.

The table below shows our full range of mortgages to help you explore your options. Please review our Tariff of Mortgage Charges if you're interested in our mortgage products. Applicants must be aged 18 or over. All loans are subject to status. Security will be required.

£500 cashback on selected mortgages

Until 31st October 2019, we're offering £500 cashback on a selected range of mortgages. You'll receive your cashback once the mortgage has drawndown as long as you have borrowed a minimum of £75,000, are at least 18 years old and live in the UK.

(C) in the table below indicates that the product is eligible for £500 cashback on new borrowing of £75,000 and above.

Excludes buy-to-let, offset variable rate and some private mortgages and internal product switches. Fees may apply. All loans subject to status.

For First Time Buyer products only, new loans less than £75,000 are eligible for £250 cashback only. Cashback at mortgage drawdown. Maximum loan amount £750k. All loans are subject to status. UK residents. 18+. Offer can be withdrawn at any time.

Representative Example

A mortgage of £173,003 payable over 22 years, initially on a fixed rate of 1.79% for 2 years and then our Standard Variable Rate, currently 5.2%, for the remaining 20 years. This would require 26 monthly payments of £793.42 and then 237 monthly payments of £1,069.08 plus one final payment of £1,065.79.

The total amount payable would be £276,750.67 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£102,063.67), product fee (£999), valuation fee (£450), funds transfer fee (£40) and mortgage exit fee (£195).

The overall cost for comparison is 4.6% APRC representative.
