[1] Loans may be granted over terms of 6 or 7 years if the loan amount is £7,500 or more and, if the purpose of the loan is to repay existing lending with us, the additional amount borrowed must be of greater value than the existing lending that is to be repaid.

[2] You can repay your loan in full and part at any time and we'll reduce the total charge for credit payable under the agreement. When calculating this reduction we will charge up to an additional 58 days' interest on the amount you repay. You will need to contact our Customer Services team to inform us of your intention each time you wish to make an additional payment. Our team will be able to provide you with options on how to make this payment.

How long will it take to get my loan?

If you are approved your loan could be credited to your account within 2 hours.

Please note: If you are approved after 6:55pm Monday to Friday, you loan will be credited to your account by midday next day. No downtime at weekends.

Can I repay my loan early?

Yes, you can repay your loan in full and part at any time and we'll reduce the total charge for credit payable under the agreement. When calculating this reduction, we will charge up to an additional 58 days' interest on the amount you repay.

You will need to contact our Customer Services team on 0800 028 3632 to inform us of your intention each time you wish to make an additional payment. Our team will be able to provide you with an up to date settlement figure and options on how to make this payment.

What if I want to borrow more?

You can apply online and choose to include your existing Personal Loan provided you are borrowing at least £1,000 in new funds. As part of the online application you will be asked to provide the sort code and account number for your current Loan, these can be found on Internet Banking if you are registered or by calling our support team on 0800 707 6471.

Your loan will be drawn down when we receive all required documentation. As part of this process your current loan will be automatically repaid.

Please Note: As your current loan will not be repaid until the new loan is in place please ensure any repayments on your current loan are kept up to date.
