You can set up transaction alerts for:

  • Online transactions
  • ATM transactions
  • Physical card transactions (e.g. Chip & Pin or Contactless)
  • Transactions set up by a retailer (e.g. monthly subscription to a streaming service)
  • 'Value Alerts' I.e. transactions over a specific amount
  • Payments made abroad

  • Select the Alerts tab in your App or Manage your alerts in Internet Banking.

    If you have more than one account, select the one you'd like to set up alerts for.

  • Choose the alerts you want to customise.

    You'll see which alerts are available to switch on or off.
