The M account is our free to use and super straightforward current account. If you're 16 or over and looking for a simple current account, it could be just what you're looking for.
It's also there for you if you've experienced financial difficulties or have a poor credit record. This might make it harder for you to be accepted for other bank accounts. You can open this account over the phone or in store.
The M Account doesn’t come with an Arranged Overdraft. If you’re over 18 and looking for a current account which offers an overdraft (subject to status) then take a look at our Virgin Money Current Account.
If you're already one of our Readycash customers, don’t worry as nothing is changing for you at the moment. You can keep using your account in the same way as you did before.
If you think you’d prefer the M Account, you can convert your account in one of our Stores.
No, you will continue to be a Readycash customer and use your account in exactly the same way. If we decide to make any changes to your account, we'll always get in touch to give you two months’ notice.
