Representative Example

A mortgage of £313,650 payable over 19 years, initially on a fixed rate of 1.39% for 2 years and then our Standard Variable Rate, currently 4.95%, for the remaining 17 years. This would require 26 monthly payments of £1,572.22 and then 200 monthly payments of £2,065.06 plus one final payment of £2,067.22.

The total amount payable would be £457,990.94 made up of the loan amount plus interest (£142,306.94), arrangement fee (£999), valuation fee (£800), CHAPS/telegraphic transfer fee (£40) and security release fee (£195).

The overall cost for comparison is 4.2% APRC representative.
